Crystal Barrow is a licensed attorney and executive career and leadership coach who partners with attorneys and other high-achieving professionals navigating complex career decisions — from stepping into leadership to redefining what success looks like in their current path or beyond. With a warm yet strategic approach, she helps clients gain clarity, elevate their visibility, and move forward with confidence, whether they’re pursuing advancement or preparing for a meaningful transition. 

  • Her coaching draws on her own career journey — from federal law enforcement and government practice to law school leadership. A former Assistant Dean of Career & Professional Development at a New York law school, Crystal understands the real challenges and opportunities women face in law, and meets each client where they are with grounded insight and personalized strategy.

    Crystal is a graduate of iPEC, an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach training program, and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the ICF. She also serves as a facilitator for ICF-NYC’s peer coaching mastermind and speaks regularly on topics related to visibility, confidence, and career transformation.

    When she’s not coaching or speaking, Crystal enjoys raising her daughter and supporting others in building careers that feel as successful on the inside as they look on the outside.
