Individual Coaching

Ready for your next chapter?

If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely at a crossroads—and that takes courage. I’d welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey toward what matters most.

How will we work together?

I’m here to listen deeply and be radically present with you. I want to create a safe space for you to pay attention to yourself and try out new ways of being. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you gain clarity, access your strengths, shift limiting mindsets, and take meaningful action.

  • Completely confidential (with clear boundaries if your employer is involved—I will not release information about our conversations to anyone without your written consent)

Tailored to your unique needs with no agenda except empowering you to accomplish what matters to you and to be yourself fully in the world

Collaborative and responsive to your feedback

Holistic because your personal and professional lives are interconnected

You’ll receive ongoing support, structure, encouragement, and non-judgmental accountability as we work together.

  • I start with a fundamental belief in your existing resources and strengths. Using evidence-based principles of psychological flexibility, we’ll work on:

Mindful awareness of what you most value
Recognizing triggers that pull you off course
    Flexibly unhooking from obstacles
Moving toward what matters most to you

  • Lawyers (especially women, but not exclusively) often seek coaching when they’re:

Stepping into leadership or recently promoted to partnership
Advancing toward partnership and need strategic support
Building confidence for networking and business development
Navigating career transitions or tough decisions about next steps
Balancing caregiving with demanding career expectations
Asserting themselves to get desired work opportunities
Transitioning to new firms or workplace environments
    Dealing with microaggressions and bias
    Creating or managing teams effectively
    Managing difficult colleague relationships
Establishing and maintaining boundaries in an insatiable work environment
Managing a stressful career without burning out
Learning to express their needs at home or in the workplace

  • INDIVIDUAL ENGAGEMENT:
We mutually decide the parameters—no required number of sessions or limits. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, meeting virtually at convenient times with frequency based on your needs and practice demands.

    EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT:
Session number and length depend on your employer's arrangement, with confidentiality boundaries clearly established upfront.
