Services For Law Firms Programs, Retreats & Workshops

Programs, Retreats & Workshops

Understanding that every firm has a unique culture and set of needs, we avoid “off-the-shelf” programs.  Based upon our training and experience, we are convinced that the most effective programs are collaboratively planned with input from firm leaders and representatives.

We also know that skills are not acquired nor do attitudes or behavior change based upon a single presentation of information. We encourage clients to integrate our programs and presentations into larger change efforts, including follow-up coaching and/or ongoing consultation, in order to accomplish the strategic goals of the firm.

The following list of programs Ellen has presented should offer a sense of the range of programs Lawyers Life Coach is able to tailor to your organization's specific needs.
